This is the best oboe reed shaper tip I've ever tried! I've used it with trememdous success in symphonic performances, operas, concertos, recitals and WW5's.
I'll recommend this shape to any and all. 1A is more narrow than most oboists will like, but is especially made for a select few who love it. 1B is the medium width and is the one I prefer and offers the best focus, projection and stability. 1C is prefered by most reed makers, as it easily gives a full, rich tone with great dynamics and expression.
