This is our replica of the old Vitry reed knife, only it will come to you already hand sharpened to save you the time, trouble, and headaches associated with many “new” knives. Double hollow ground; knife sheath included.

To keep this knife sharp as long as possible, we recommend that you invest in a copy of The Jende Book of Sharpening and a Raz-R-Steel Finishing Steel, available as add-ons below.
