Norton Fine/Coarse India Bench Stone (5″x2″x3/4″).This stone has two grits, one on each side. The fine side is the same as Norton FB35. The coarse side allows you to re-establish the angle of your edge before refining the edge using the fine side. If you buy only one stone, this has the advantage of being two stones in one.
Keep the stone dry when sharpening your knife. We recommend using no oil or other substance on the stone during use. Occasionally you will need to clean the surface with oil and then clean the oil off with cigarette lighter fluid.
